Obituary of William Harold Kann

Funeral services for William "Bill" Harold Kann will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 1:30 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Chapel with Bro. Steven Harper officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. Bill was born on October 18, 1942 in Brooklyn, Iowa. On January 31st, 2020 he went home to be reunited with his wife Ginger Kann, who passed away on October 14, 2003. Bill has owned and operated Frontier Auto in Lovington since 1981. He spent his last few years enjoying his great-grandkids William Aydan, and Aubry Mae McCasland. Bill was a retired police officer and was also an owner in K&K Sporting Goods. Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing and he also enjoyed guns, cars and old coins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ginger the love of his life; and his father, Harold William Kann. He is survived by his daughter, Terri and husband Floyd Chrisman and his son Larry Kann. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
