Sue Ann (England) Larkin, born December 30th 1944 to Ernest and Mary Ruth England (d) in Plainview Texas. Sue and her parents moved around Texas until settling in Sweetwater Texas where Sue grew up and graduated high school. Sue moved to Portales NM where she attended ENMU and graduated with a degree in elementary education and a specialty in reading comprehension. Sue also met her husband, Richard Michael Larkin (d) while at ENMU and they were married on April 29th 1969. Sue and Mike moved to Lovington NM and resided there until their passing. Sue had 2 daughters, Heather Ann Larkin, 52, and Rebecca Sue Larkin (d). Sue loved teaching 1st and 3rd grade kids and did so until she retired in 2001. Sue and Mike loved to travel all over the US and especially loved to take cruises. Sue fought a brave battle with cancer but passed away peacefully in her home April 10th 2023. Now Sue and Mike are together again and able to go on all the cruises they want. The family of Sue Larkin would like to thank the wonderful nurses and Dr's at Nor-Lea Hospital and clinic, and the wonderful people at Gentiva Hospice. Family will have a private ceremony for Sue at a later time
