Funeral services for Ramon Alamillo Moreno Sr., 91, of Lovington will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Samuel Ameh officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home. Ramon was born on December 20, 1933 in Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico to Jose Trinidad and Maria (Alamillo) Moreno and passed away on January 30, 2025. Ramom work on Construction for many years' working for Pete Hasaloff and Sons and Eddie Robinson then he became self-employed for Moreno Roofing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters.

He is survived by six sons: Juan Moreno Sr., Abel Moreno Sr., Ernesto Moreno Sr., Willie Moreno, Timothy Decker, and Ramon Moreno Jr.; two daughters: Lorenza Acuna and Maria Hernandez, and two sisters: Dolores Pando and Trinidad Cardenas; nineteen grandchildren, forty-four great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 11:00 am until after Rosary. Rosary will be held at 6:00 pm at Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home.
