Graveside services for Weldon Reed Millsap, 91, of Lovington, New Mexico will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Lovington Cemetery with Denis Durfee officiating. Weldon was born on March 3, 1934 in Ballinger, Texas to Lewis and Ollie (Miller) Millsap and passed away on March 13, 2025 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Weldon loved going fishing in Novillo, Mexico with his wife they had a house there. He loved to work and had his own business for 54 years. Weldon liked going to have coffee with his friends. He was an avid Wildcat fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Lewis and Ollie Millsap; his wife: Patricia Millsap; one daughter: Kimberly Millsap; three sisters and four brothers.

He is survived by one son: Alan Millsap; two daughters: Kathy Strawn and Torre Collier; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home.
