Funeral Services for Lillie Mae Parsons, 86, of Tatum will be held on July 26, 2025 at the First Baptist Church in Tatum at 11:00 am. Lillie was born on May 20, 1939 in San Antonio, Texas to Raymond and Tillie Cates and passed away on July 21, 2025. Lillie enjoyed oil painting, outdoors, mountains, camping, flowers, gardening, and doing yard work. Lillie loved to try new things. Most of all she was a great mother.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Raymond and Tillie Cates; and her husband: Carl Parsons.

She is survived by her one son: Robert Parsons; four daughters: Cathy, Carla, Christine, and Darlene; two brothers: Jimmy and Roy Cates; three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
