Phyllis Diane Fulfer Smith, 69, of Lovington, New Mexico, passed away on December 20, 2025. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lovington Cemetery with Don Ritchey officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home.

Phyllis was born on October 12, 1956, in Hobbs, New Mexico, to Bobby and Joyce Fulfer. She was a beloved wife, mother, and Nana, and deeply cherished by her family and friends. Phyllis enjoyed coaching Little Dribblers and volunteering with school activities for her children. She was an avid fan of game shows and found joy in planting flowers each spring. Above all, Phyllis loved spending time with her grandchildren, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents: Bobby and Joyce Fulfer and her brother: Rodney Fulfer.

She is survived by her loving husband: Lynn of 45 years; her children: Kimberly, Ross (and wife Georgia), and Lyndsey, all of Lovington; her sister: Robbie Stoneman; her brothers: Gary Don Fulfer and Jack Fulfer; her grandchildren: Kaeleigh, Keara, Kyndall, Zane, Nicholas, and Nala; as well as nieces Miranda and Rosalyn.

Phyllis will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Her kind heart, generous spirit, and love for her family will never be forgotten.
