Funeral services for Norberto Perez Hinojos, 87, of Lovington will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Samuel Ameh officiating. Norberto was born on February 17, 1939 in Parral Chihuahua, Mexico to Andres Perez and Angelica Hinojos and passed away on March 19, 2026. Norberto liked working on cars. He liked gardening, music and being with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Andres and Angelica; his wife LeeAnn Perez; one grandson: Dominick Perez and all his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by five sons: Robert Perez and wife Patsy, Manuel Perez and wife Carolina, Carlos Perez, and Luis Perez and wife Marybell, and Ismael Perez and wife Missy; four daughters: Maria Hernandez, Norma and husband Laco Mendoza, Rosalinda and husband Andy Moreno, and Angelica and husband Johnny Hinson; thirty-two grandchildren and forty-two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2025 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home with a Rosay at 6:00 pm.
