Samuel Cordova Davalos, 58, of Lovington, passed away on May 1, 2009 at his residence. He was born February 26, 1951 in Santa Fe, New Mexico to Samuel and Elizabeth L. (Miller) Davalos. Cremation will take place. Burial will follow at a later date at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Smith- Rogers Funeral Home.
Mr. Davalos is survived by 2 brothers: Theodore Davalos of Richmond, California and Charles Davalos of Roswell, New Mexico; and 1 sister: Laura Davalos of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
