Obituary of Danny Long

Danny Lee Long Sr, 72, of Lovington, NM passed away on February 17, 2020 in Lovington. He was born on January 23, 1948 in Joplin, Missouri to Edward Franklin and Minnie Bell (Miller) Long. Mr. Long was a mechanic and really liked hot rods and working on all kinds of thing besides vehicles. He was considered a "Jack of all trades" and was a hard worker at whatever job he had going and most always had a good sense of humor. He had lived in New Mexico about thirty six years. His favorite thing to do was go fishing. He loved fishing and catfish was his favorite type to cook and eat. His passion was his kids and grandkids, as he loved them with his whole heart and any other kids that were around felt his love and caring for them also.
