Curtis Allen, Jr. 77, of Artesia, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020 in Artesia. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Resthaven Cemetery in Lovington, NM.
Curtis was born on June 28, 1943 in Lamesa, Texas to Curtis and Ruth Allen. He spent his life in the oil and gas industry working for Fina, Marbob and Concho. Curtis loved to hunt and fish. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Allen of the home; sons, Kevin Allen and wife, Pam of Midland, TX and Shane Allen of Midland, TX; daughters, Christy McDonald of Hamilton, TX and Dallas Landreville and husband, Chris of Fort Worth, TX; stepson, David Bonds and wife, Donna of Lovington; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
