Bill, having you as my boss at the City of Lovington was truly an honor. Knowing you as a Christian brother was even greater!. Your love for God and your fellow man was evident in your daily life. I have thought of you.many times over the past 36 years when comparing what a man or boss of integrity should look like. Calvin Boyd, Nashville, TN.

Joyce, Vickie, and Donna,
My deepest thoughts and prayers for you and your families. I have known Bill my whole life and was very sad to hear of his passing. I will always remember playing in both yards when I was a kid and climbing on the fence. My grandparents are with him now and I know they will have some great stories to tell each other. Thank you for always loving us like your own!
Love,
Brandi (Gaskill) Matthews Fisher

I was so sorry to hear of Uncle Bill's passing. I have great childhood memories of him. I remember well the time Uncle Bill took us to the movies in Levelland. I told Uncle Bill that Roy Rogers was the King of the Cowboys! Quick as a wink, Uncle Bill didn't mince any words in letting me know the real King of the Cowboys was Gene Autry! Uncle Bill was a good man. He will be missed

Bill I know God has given a new body rid of all pain and also given height of 6’4” just so you don’t have to climb on anything to give me my hug, when I see you next time. I can’t wait for that hug! Love you to heaven and back! Love Virginia

Grandpa will be missed. He was a pillar of faith and welcomed everyone with open arms. He was very special to me as a grandfather, friend, brother in Christ, and can’t forget my birthing coach with Scott. Many memories together as a family member and driver for my volleyball girls when I coached. Words cannot express what this great man meant to me and so many others, our hearts are left with a hole and will truly miss him. My prayers go out to my kids and the family as they learn to navigate this world without him.
We will miss you Veterans Day but will be honored.
Love you all.

U Bill was willing to walk me down the wedding aisle because my dad kept saying he wasn’t going to because Geo didn’t ask for my hand in marriage. The laughs and tears the memories have been flooding my mind since your passing.Going to miss you ❤️❤️
