Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home. Mr. Castillo was born in Casa Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico to Jesus Maria Villalobos on August 5, 1948 and passed away in Lubbock, Texas on December 29, 2020. He enjoyed life and loved his family and grandchildren. He was a people person, a compassionate man; a happy family man and very outgoing. He was a great Dad and his kids thought he was "superman". He had a lot of friends who will miss him. He truly loved horses, liked weapons, enjoyed music, and liked hunting with Rogelio Jr. First and foremost, he loved his wife of 47 years. She was his helper even in doing mechanic work. Surviving him is his wife, Petralicia of Lovington; two sons: Rogelio and his wife Erica of Lovington and Carlos and wife Ira of Hobbs, NM; also four grandchildren: Joan, Melanie, Daisia Jaslin and Paris Genesis. There will be no visitation and Mr. Castillo will go for cremation after his funeral services. Condolences may be sent to www.kirbysmithrogers.com.
