when,at the First Baptist Church,in 1957or58,i remember this man in the church,that was dressed like i had never seen.dressed up all the time,western shirt,pants,boots,probably bolo tie.anywayafter seeing ,Mr.RD Lee,his dad ,older i got it was from his dad,then i saw where he was also an,U.S.Marienes!i can still see that wonderful smile he had,yes the really got a fine fillar to joinall his family,that's waiting for him.Prayers to the Bill Lee Family

I'm deeply saddened to know that Bill has passed on. I have beautiful and fond memories of both Pat and Bill. They were always caring and kind. Bill's memory like Pat's will live forever in my heart.

Mr. Bill Lee, known to me as “Bill”-a simple honest man-a great helping man. As honorable an individual as I have ever known, in New Mexico, probably the world, of course including my dad!
The first time I met Bill was in the pasture of R D and Leorah Lee’s house. We shook hands on a mineral deal in August 1980, on Lee’s dining table. A relationship grew over the next 40+ years, which included beautiful Pat Lee and all the kids-and it continues on
The Lee family have been wonderful friends, like family and great business partners. I can not ask for any one better!
Bill has gone back to God, great memories I will cherish forever. Rest in peace my friend-we shall meet again! Merch

Bill, thank you for many wonderful and cherished childhood memories. In the third grade I wrote an assignment that is framed and hangs on my wall today. It states that "when I grow up I want to be a cattle worker". Things didn't work out that way, but you and Pat were truly an inspiration to me. Thank you. You are missed.

Bill Lee was not only a wonderful cattleman, but he was such an honorable man, loved to teach. He always wanted the best for Lea County. Bill loved Nor Lea Hospital, and helping reopen our Hospital. Nor Lea also loved Bill and his beautiful wife Pat.
May God surround each of you during this difficult time. May you always cherish your wonderful memories.
