She had lived several places before moving to Lovington where she became an integral part of the community. She was a "workaholic" and never slowed down. Fishing was also a huge passion in her life. Joyce loved music, especially Elvis and collected Elvis memorabilia and enjoyed shopping for antiques. She was available to anyone that needed errands ran or needed a taxi and was very good with the elderly and little kids. She was a determined and strong willed woman that loved her family and her grandkids very much. She was also an avid OU fan!! Preceding her in death were her parents; two sisters: Susie and Frances; five brothers: Wayne, Norman, Darrel, Buddy and Donnie; and two husbands: Robert Lee Morgan Sr. and John C. Joy.
