Heaven has a new shining star, What a gift to this world you were Pearl.You were one of the best people I ever knew.You fed us for years,When I was young and came in with my parents and as an adult,with my husband and kids.You fixed many a lunch for my husband when I didn't feel like making a lunch for work..Thank you so much for your wonderful smile and gentle soul. we have missed you for many yeras and now the good Lord and all of his kingdom is celebrating your arrival.Rest in Peace Ms.Pearl you were truly a precious jewel and left this a better world because of you.
What a wonderful life and a wonderful woman!! My favorite Sunday's were spent with Pearl and some of my favorite memories of you coming to the ice house to visit and buy jewelry. May you RIP and may comfort be afforded your loved ones.
Pearl was a great friend and a wonderful person to many. I have such fond memories of her shopping with me at my shop, The Bunkhouse. I spent many hours with her and Merle Arledge. The necklace she has on in the picture was purchased from me in the 1970's. When she got to the point she had to have care and couldn't get out, she was missed by the whole community. One time I ask her why she worked so hard and she said, "It is all worth it when I sit down in that cadillac.
Absolutely no finer woman in the world than Mrs. Pearl. We ate there a lot growing up, my father and mother loved this woman. I hope heaven has a kitchen, she would be right at home.
