Obituary of Belinda Garner

With heavy hearts, we regretfully announce the passing of Belinda Gail Garner of Lovington, NM on May 21, 2021. Belinda passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Belinda, loving and tender mother, was brought into this world on March 19, 1957 to Doug and Patsy Crenshaw, immediately bringing joy and laughter into this world. After high school Belinda went to work at Marks Engine where she met Buddy Garner and instantly fell head over heels for Buddy. They married in 1981 at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas, NV. The happily married couple went on to have two children that they lovingly raised in Lovington, NM. Belinda was a dedicated homemaker and a supportive partner to Buddy, partnering with Buddy in his business ventures to hunting in the steep, snowy mountains of Cloudcroft, NM. Belinda loved being a mother and grandmother. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly, bragging on them every chance she got. Belinda had the innocence of a child and loved everyone that she met, concluding every conversation with a big heart that will always be remembered. Belinda was preceded in death by her Parents: Patsy and Doug; one sister: Faye; and Belinda's husband Buddy. She is survived by her son: Dustin Garner and companion Kellie Goodell; one brother: Glenn Crenshaw; her grandchildren: MaKenzie and Kaylee, and many beloved friends. The family request that all flowers and notes be sent to 1004 N 14th Street Lovington, NM, 88260. There will be a remembrance service at Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home in Lovington, NM on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 4:00 pm.
