Obituary of LaNora Richardson

Funeral services for LaNora Elizabeth Richardson, 92, of McDonold NM will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 10:00 am at Jackson Avenue Baptist Church with Dave Rowser officiating. LaNora was born on July 13, 1929 in Gatesville, TX. to Fred and Clara (Neutzler) Mueller and passed away on September 20, 2021. LaNora married John A. Richardson on December 18, 1947 in Beulah, TX. They were married 74 years, after they married they lived in Beulah, Tx, moving to McDonald, NM in the early 50's. LaNora stated playing the piano as a child, and played at Jackson Ave. Baptist Church for many years. She was a beautician for 60 years. LaNora was a artist. She enjoyed spending time with her husband, farming, and she loved to do gardening. LaNora was a wonderful Nanna. She loved the Lord. She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister: Evelyn Slater; one brother: AJ Elis; and one granddaughter: Mandy Richardson Parker. She was survived by her husband; John Richardson; two sons: Fred Richardson and wife Jackie and Jack Richardson and wife Cheryl; one daughter: Connie Alexander and husband Clayton; six grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
