Obituary of Gracie Rodriguez

Gracie Rodriguez, 67, Of Lovington went home to be with the Lord on September 26, 2021. The family is feeling the loss but is grateful to know that she is finally free. Gracie was born on October 16, 1953 in Uvalde, Texas to Jose and Gloria Torres. Gracie married her husband on July 14, 1969. She Loved knitting for family members. Gracie loved spending hours with her grandchildren doing activities and school work, she lived for her grandchildren they were her world. She was the best mom, friend, sibling and co-worker anyone could possibly have. Gracie had a heart of gold. She will be truly missed! She was preceded in death by her parents: Jose and Gloria; one daughter Cecilia Baker; four brothers: Martin Hernandez, Alex Torres, Jose Luis Torres, and Fidel Torres. She is survived by her husband of 52 Years Juan A. Rodriguez Sr.; four sons: Juan A. Rodriguez Jr., Jose "Bo" Rodriguez, Bobby Rodriguez, and Harley Rodriguez; four daughters: Chistina Parrot, Bonnie Ornelas, Samantha Contreras, and Elvia Torres: two brothers: Rudy Torres and David Torres; two sisters: Mary Castrejon, and Sandra Reyes; and five grandchildren.
