Funeral services for Larry Jake Hilliard Jr.,43, of Socorro, NM will be held on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 11:00 am at Kirby-Ratliff Chapel with Pastor Dylan Barry officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home. Larry was born on July 27, 1978 in Hobbs, NM to Larry Jake Hilliard Sr. and Diane A. (Barry) Patton and passed away on October 12, 2021 at his residence. Larry grew up in Lovington, NM then moved to Midland, TX. He liked playing video games and board games. Larry was a people person, he liked being around people and enjoyed spending time with his friends. Praying and attending Church was one of his favorite things. He was preceded in death by one brother: Anthony Nathaniel Hilliard; his maternal grandparents: Willie Mae and Melvin Louis Barry Sr.; his paternal grandmother: Rosie Lee Geter. He is survived by his mother and step-father: Diane and Gartha Patton of Midland, TX., his father and step-mother: Larry Hilliard Sr. and wife Debbie of Farmington, NM.; five brothers: Daifiance Jake Hilliard, Domonique Hilliard, Lucas Aragon, Quincy Jake Hilliard, and Marcus E. Patton; five step-siblings; Andre Patton, Regina Patton, LeTrina Routt, Gartha J. Patton, Maurice Patton and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
