Obituary of Eric Mingo Lopez

Eric was born on October 3, 1973 in Lovington to Domingo Lopez and Delores Betancur and passed away on December 15, 2021. Eric worked doing construction work he liked making porches and sanding things. He liked to watch football and basketball his favorite football team was the San Francisco 49ers and in basketball his favorite team was Chicago Bulls. Eric liked to make people laugh and say jokes. He had a good heart he would help people when they need help. Eric loved his children. He was preceded in death by his daughter: Haley Lynn Lopez; his paternal grandparents: Margarito Urias and Antonia Orosco Lopez; his maternal grandfather: Cruz Betancur; one aunt: Julia Munoz; one uncle: Frank Lopez. He is survived by his mother: Delores Diana Betancur of Hobbs,; his father Domingo Lopez of Lovington; two son: Javen Lopez of Dallas and Landon Lopez of Hobbs; three daughters: Jaden Lopez of Dallas, Angel Lopez of Hobbs, and Erica Lopez of Hobbs; four brothers: Ricky Lopez of Midland, Marc Lopez of Arizona, Alex Lopez of Lovington and Adrian Lopez of Colorado; two sister: Yvonne Calvillo of Hobbs, and Ciara Jade Lopez of Lovington.
