Mike was born on May 7, 1931 in Colorado City, TX. to Edubijes and Doroteo (Ruiz) Ramirez and passed away on March 1, 2022 in Odessa, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home. Mike was raised in Carlsbad where he also attended school. He was employed with Am. Fence Co, Allstate Fence Co, and Security Fence Co. in Hobbs. He enjoyed dancing, playing pool and doing yard work and had a wonderful sense of humor. He also liked Rock & Roll music and watching western movies on tv.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Edubijes and Doroteo (Ruiz) Ramirez; one brother: Ed Ramirez Jr.; five sisters: Elizabeth, Emma, Josephine, Elsie and Olga.
He survived by his wife of the home Mary Ramirez of Hobbs; one daughter: Elsie Wright of Hobbs; and two grandchildren: Adais Oliver and Alexis Wright.
