Ashley Dawn Easter March 29, 1990 - April 06, 2018 Memorial services for Ashley Dawn Easter, 28, of Lovington, NM will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Chapel. Burial will follow at Eunice Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. Ashley was born on March 29, 1990 in Hobbs, NM to Jerry and Sheila Marie (Lewis) NesSmith and passed away on April 6, 2018. She grew up in Eunice, NM and attended the early years of school there and then attended school in Poteau, OK in her teenage years. She played soccer, volleyball, and was a cheerleader. Ashley had recently become interested in artistic decorating and crafts. She was a motorcycle enthusiast and had ridden since the age of 15 years old. She was a sincere young woman who had a lot of friends and could make anyone smile with her bright personality. She was not afraid of adventure or life itself. Her outlook on life was “we are here now, so enjoy it!” And don’t stress over the things you can’t change. She was a loving mother and her children were her main concern in life. She was amazingly beautiful on the inside and out and will be very deeply missed by all her family and friends. Surviving her is her father: Jerry NesSmith of Lovington, NM; her mother: Sheila Marie NesSmith of Poteau , OK; one son: Layne Easter and two daughters: Renae and Kadance Easter, all three of Eunice, NM; one brother: Jerry Vernon NesSmith of Poteau, OK ; two sisters: Shelby Hemphill , and Crystal Roland both of Hobbs, NM; her Grandmother: Beverly Kennedy of Poteau, OK and her former husband and his wife: Logan and Tiffany Easter of Eunice, NM; and a host of friends.
