Obituary of Zaidyn Ray Molinar

Services for Zaidyn Ray Molinar, 7, of Hobbs will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Samuel officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home. Zaidyn was born on June 15, 2015 in Albuquerque, NM to Zachary Molinar and Heather Santos and passed away on March 16, 2023 in Lubbock, Texas. Zaidyn was a person who was loved by many people in his short life. His sweet smile would light up a room and your heart. To know him was to love him. He was a joy and a blessing to others and his presence will be greatly missed. He is survived by his father: Zachary Molinar; his mother: Heather Santos and husband Joshua; one brother: Bentley Santos; four uncles; Zander Molinar, Dominic Moreno, Christopher Sanchez and Stephanie, and Ricky Sanchez; paternal grandparents: Auden Molinar and Teri Frausto; maternal grandparents: Albert and Delma Sanchez; maternal great-grandfather: Federico Sandoval; paternal great-grandparents: Armida Brito and Luciano Frausto; and great-great-grand mother: Martina Herrera. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 from 1:00 pm until Rosary. Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm. at Kirby-Ratliff Chapel.
