Obituary of Mavis Ebel

Mavis Ebel August 27, 1921 - February 18, 2009 Memorial services for Mavis Ebel will be held on Friday, February 27, 2009 at Lovington Good Samaritan Center at 10:00 a.m. David Stewart will officiate. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Services are being conducted by Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. Mavis had been a resident of Good Sam for some time. She was Presbyterian, was a health care giver and a waitress in her working years. She had lived in many places and worked in several restaurants. She was preceded in death by her parents and a beloved grandaughter, Jeri Lynn in 1988 and her good friend and roommate at Good Sam, Lenora Byrd. She is survived by a host of friends.
