Tom Bigham Sr., long time resident of lea county passed away peacefully on November 20, 2023. Tom was 90 years young and lived a happy life starting in Lovington, New Mexico, and ending in Hobbs, New Mexico. Tom started his life in Lovington, New Mexico in 1933. His early years were spent on the ranch between Hobbs and Carlsbad with his parents Toehead and Emily Bingham. Tom attended early school at Monument and graduated from Lovington High School in 1951. Tom married the love of his life Fredda Marcus in 1952. Tom and Fredda raised three sons while living on the ranch between Hobbs and Carlsbad. Tom loved and supported his family throughout the years and did so without complaint.
Tom is survived by his wife: Fredda Bingham; children: Clay and Tom Bingham and their wives Tami and Jenny Bingham; Grandchildren: Katy Andrews, Emily Arthur, Maren Broadhurst, Ryan Bingham, Kayla Bingham, Toyla Bridge, and Summer Beavers; Great-grandchildren: Sylas Battilega, Kole Andrews, Kendall Andrews, Breeze Bingham, Hayden Bridge, and Sofia, August, and Valentino Bingham.
Tom's life will be remembered at a determined date later next year. Tom was the knower of all known facts and was loved by all friends and family.
