Funeral services for Nicolas Sandoval, 92, of Lovington will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Samuel Ameh officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Nicolas was born on December 12, 1931 in Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico to Teodoro and Alvina (Burrola) Sandoval and passed away on January 11, 2024. Nicolas liked keeping busy and fixing things. He was a very social person and liked meeting people, he never meet a stranger. Nicolas loved his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by parents: Teodoro and Alvina Sandoval; his wife: Lorenza Sandoval; one daughter: Carmen Kelley; two granddaughters: Ayrabella Sandoval and Salem Sandoval; and all his siblings.

He is survived by; two sons: Theodore Sandoval and Nicolas Sandoval Jr.; one daughter: Delia Baugh; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 12:00 noon until 6:00 pm with a Rosary held at 6:00 pm at Funeral Home Chapel.
