Obituary of Royce Berl Brewer

Royce Berl Brewer July 10, 1945 - February 27, 2017 Graveside services for Royce Berl Brewer, 71, of Las Vegas, Nevada were held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Lovington Cemetery, Lovington, NM with his nephew, Larry Brewer officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. Mr. Brewer was born in Lamesa, TX on July 10, 1945 to William Henry and Ruby Blanche (Jones) Brewer and passed away on February 27, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV. He was one of six children born to his parents. Royce had attended school in Pecos, TX, where he made many friends. He joined the US Army December 14, 1966 and spent a few years serving in Germany before his return to the States. He enjoyed many endeavors in his lifetime and was well loved by all his friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister and one brother, William “Dub” Brewer. Surviving him are his children: William “Bill” Brewer of Las Vegas, NV, Kelly Corrow, and Michael Foulds ; three brothers: Gene, Rex and Gordon Brewer; nephews: Robert, Gregory and Rick Lobato; and cousins: David and Linda Brewer.
