Funeral services for Tomas Castillo Rodriguez, 86, of Lovington, New Mexico will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Sameul Ameh officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home. Tomas was born on November 18, 1937 in Durango, Durango, Mexico to Tomas Castillo Marquez and Engracia Rodriguez Roldon and passed away on March 7, 2024. Tomas loved music especially Los Jilgueros del Arroyo. He enjoys listening to the soccer games on the radio. Tomas loved playing with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Tomas and Engracia Rodriguez; his wife: Maria Paz Marquez; one son: Jose Manuel Castillo; two brothers: Jesus Castillo and Pedro Castillo; and one sister: Elidia Castillo.

He is survived by two sons: Robert Castillo and Tomas Castillo; two daughters: Maria de Rosario Castillo, and Sofia Olivia Castillo; one brother: Margarito Castillo; thirteen grandchildren, and twenty great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 11:00 am till after Rosary. Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm at Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home.
