Lewis Wayman Green was born August 10, 1942 in Borger, Texas to David Herbert Green and Geraldine Lewis Green. He grew up in Eunice, New Mexico, where he met the love of his life Judy Wynne and married June 27,1964, they would have celebrated 60 years of marriage this month. He attended Eastern New Mexico and Sul Ross State, where he played football. He went to work for Skelly Oil in 1967. When Getty Oil bought Skelly Oil, and then when Texaco bought Getty he then retired from production supervisor in 1994. He loved ranching, roping, hunting and coaching little league baseball and fishing with family and friends! He was preceded in death by his parents: David and Geraldine; and mother-in-law: Willie Mae Bell. He is survived by his wife: Judy and children: Lisa Hall her children: Chelsi and husband Oscar Moralez, Chase Hall and Cory Hall and great grandchildren: Braydon, Zayli and Kree! Son Richard Green and wife Shelly and children Cameron, Corbin and wife Lindsey, Candice, Carson, Cason and Cyler. Daughter: Cheri and husband Monsoor Karimi and son Kendrick Green. A very special person Terry Hall. Sister-in-law Billie Murdock and husband Truman and Mary Trammell and husband Jay; Brother-in-law Randy Wynne. Honorary pall bearers Cameron, Corbin, Casen, Carson, Cyler, Chase, Cory, Kendrick, Braydon, Kree. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 3:00 pm at First Methodist Church with Robert Gasman officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Ratliff Funeral Home.
