Charlene loved taking care of kids, at one point spending her time taking care of them at the Mother's Day Out program here at a local church in Lovington. She also loved her family and spending time with them – traveling with them, camping with them, cooking for them, and hosting them in her home. This applied to her beloved friends as well. She always had an open door, a fresh pot of coffee, and a spare bed if you needed it.
