Noel Rios Aranda, 58, of Lovington passed away March 4, 2010, in Midland, Texas. He was born on February 12, 1952 in La Hacienda de Oriental, Chihuahua, Mexico. A funeral mass will be held at St. Thomas Catholic Church on March 6, 2010 at 2:00 pm with Father Manuel Ibarra officiating. A rosary was held on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 7:00 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home.
