Kerwin Archer November 03, 1961 - August 20, 2009 Kerwin Archer, our loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and grandfather, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2009. He was born November 3, 1961, in Mobile, Alabama. He spent most of his life in New Mexico; Kerwin had many friends in Farmington, Aztec and Bloomfield. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and spending time with family and friends. Kerwin really enjoyed working with young people. He coached a roller hockey team in Farmington and later, in Dora, NM. Kerwin and his wife, Sheri, owned and operated a convenience store, where he grilled burgers and made lunches for the school children and opened up on weekends for the young people to come play games and have a good time. All who knew Kerwin loved his sense of humor, caring nature, and his ability to tell a story that left you laughing. Kerwin is survived by his loving wife, Sheri; 1son, Matthew of the family home; 3 daughters, Katrina and Jolene, both of Mesa, Arizona, and Patricia of Alamosa, Colo.; parents, James Archer of Hattiesburg, Miss., and Betty Hoadley of Lovington, NM. He is also survived by his 3 brothers, Chuck and wife Cher? of Hattiesburg, Scott and wife Rhonda of Saraland, Alabama, and Carl and wife Rozanna of Blanco; seven grandchildren, David, Tate, Katrina, Jasmine, Raime, DeLacey, Digger and one on the way; and by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Services will at 2:00 pm Saturday, September 26, 2009, at Entrekin Cemetery, Carns Mississippi. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations by made to Good Samaritan, 500 Care Lane in Aztec, NM, the Cancer Society or Connelly Hospitality House of Farmington, NM. Kerwin was always there to lend a hand to any and all that needed it. Kerwin was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed by all.
