Obituary of Kerri Lynn Hare

Kerri Lynn Hare March 15, 1969 - January 24, 2013 Memorial services for Kerri Lynn Hare, 43, of Lovington, NM will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 pm. Kerri was born on March 15, 1969 in Goodland, Kansas to Harley and Mabel (McDowell) Schroeder and passed away at her residence on Thursday, January 24, 2013. She grew up in Colorado then moved to Roswell, NM and graduated from Goddard High School and also graduated from Aladdin Beauty School in Roswell. They moved to Lovington in 1995 and she raised her family here. Her kids were her hobbies and she lived and breathed for them and her granddaughter. She enjoyed watching her kids play sports and was their greatest cheerleader. Kerri was plain spoken, loved to laugh and had a good sense of humor. She enjoyed cooking and taught her kids how to cook. She loved music and loved having family around, as her family was her life. She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister Janell Martin. She is survived by her father, Harley and wife Margi Schroeder of Lubbock, TX; two sons: Myles and Jason Hare of Lovington, NM; three daughters: Brianna Harlee, and Kylee Hare all of Lovington, NM; one sister, Jolene and husband John Stanley of Copperas Cove, TX; one granddaughter: Bryleigh Byrd of Lovington and her former husband, Jay Hare of Lovington.
