Obituary of Carol Lynn Herrera-Hobbs

Watch the Tribute Carol Lynn Herrera-Hobbs April 26, 1962 - July 16, 2011 Funeral services for Carol Lynn Herrera-Hobbs, 49, of St. Paul, MN, formerly of Lovington, will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home with David Villar officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Carol was born on April 26, 1962 in Lovington, NM to Roy and Carolyn (Bierbrier) Hobbs and passed away on July 16, 2011 in Lovington. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, solving puzzles, and attending sporting events. She also had a caring heart and enjoyed helping autistic children and animals. She was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn (Bierbrier) Hobbs, step-mother Debra (Tolokken) Hobbs; one brother Roy Hobbs Jr. and one infant child. She is survived by her father Roy Hobbs of Lovington; two daughters, Candace Hobbs, Samantha Herrera, and one son Cory Hobbs, all of Saint Paul, MN; four brothers Troy Hobbs and friend Judy Morris of Tatum, NM, Travis and wife Sherry Hobbs of Lubbock TX, Billy Hobbs of ST. Paul, MN and Todd and wife Nancy Hobbs of Azle, TX and her former husband Pete Herrera of ST. Paul, MN and eight grandchildren.
