Christopher Johnathan Hollis October 19, 1991 - October 16, 2017 Christopher Johnathan Hollis, 25, of Lovington, NM, passed away on October 16, 2017 at his residence. He was born on October 19, 1991, in Farmington, NM to Christopher Sean Hollis and Kathleen Suette Hardin. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. A Celebration of Chris’s life will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 4:00 pm at Robert and Kay Hardin’s home, 2120 South Industrial, Lovington, NM. Christopher attended school in Lovington and enjoyed playing basketball. He was a quiet, polite, hardworking young man with a big heart and was well liked by his co-workers. He liked playing video games and music and loved playing his guitar. He liked being at home and loved spoiling his nephew. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: John and Margaret Hardin and Barney Hollis. Surviving him are his parents: Christopher Sean Hollis of Hagerman, NM and Kathleen Suette Hollis of Lovington, NM; one sister: Ashley and husband, Tyler Yeager of Hobbs, NM; two nephews and one niece.
