Obituary of Angel Juarez

Angel Juarez October 02, 1936 - August 12, 2013 Funeral services for Angel Juarez, 76, of Lovington, NM will be held on Friday, August 16, 2013 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Manuel Ibarra officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. Angel was born on October 2, 1936 in Zacatecas, Mexico to Fidencio and Maria Josefa (Costilla) Juarez and passed away on August 12, 2013 in Lubbock, Texas. Angel loved to play pool, he was considered a pool shark winning many tournaments. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at the senior citizens. He was a joker, loved his family, was born a cowboy and died a cowboy. He worked more than forty years for Cleveland Ranch in Plains, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers: Maximino and Pablo Juarez: one grandson Eric Juarez; and one granddaughter Jasmin Juarez. He is survived by his wife Julia Juarez of Lovington, NM; four sons: Eustaquio Juarez, Jose Juarez both of Lovington, NM; Juan Jurarez of Benbrook,TX; and Efrain Juarez of Wheat Ridge, CO; five daughters: Maria Chastain of Waxahachie, TX; Elvia Keeler, Angelica Hernandez, Veronica Casarez, and Silvia Kame all of Lovington, NM; two brothers: Ubaldo Juarez of Zacatecas, Mexico; Martin Juarez of Los Angeles, CA; four sisters: Petra Juarez of Zacatecas Mexico, Guadalupe Flores, Cresencia Huerta, and Consuelo Banuelos all of Los Angeles, Ca.
