Obituary of James Young Bounds

James Young Bounds September 25, 1924 - February 25, 2015 Graveside services for James Young Bounds, 90, of Tatum, NM will be held on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 1:30 pm at Deming Mountain View Cemetery in Deming, NM. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, February 27, 2015 from 8am to 5pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. James was born in Deming, New Mexico on September 25, 1924 to Young Walker and Caroline (Robinson) Bounds and passed away at his home in Tatum, NM on February 25, 2015. Mr. Bounds was a rancher for many years and he served our country in WWII in the Army Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Young Walker Bounds II, and one sister, Joanna Bounds Jones. Surviving him is his wife, Betty of the home and one daughter: Bonnie Udall and spouse Steve Love of Springerville, AZ. Also surviving him are seven grandchildren and thirteen Great-Grandchildren.
