Services for Socorro Marquez Lopez, 39, will held Wednesday, May 16, 2007, at 2:00 pm at St. Thomas Catholic Church. Father Manuel Ibarra will officiate. Burial will be at Lovington Cemetery.
Visitation is scheduled Tuesday, May 15, from 8:00 am to rosary; Wednesday, May 16, 2007, from 8:00 am to service time.
Rosary is set Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at 7:00 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Chapel.
Born August 11, 1967, at General Trias, Chihuahua, he passed away May 13, 2007 at Lovington. He was married to Hilda Marquez on December 14, 1989, in Lovington.
Survivors include his wife; Hilda Marquez; daughter; Mayra Marquez; mother; Micaela Marquez; four brothers, Pedro Marquez, Jesus Marquez, Inez Marquez and Daniel Marquez; and two sisters; Rita Marquez and Maria Antonia Marquez.
He was preceded in death by his father, Emilio Marquez; brother; Manuel Marquez; and sister; Antonia Pinon.
