Joe Marshall November 01, 1953 - April 22, 2007 Funeral services for Joe Marshall, 53, will be held Saturday, April 28, 2007, at 2:00 pm at New Beginnings Church in Lovington. Elder Donald Vaughn will officiate. Burial will be in Lovington Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm on Thursday and from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm on Friday. Born November 1, 1953, at Hobbs, he passed away April 22 at Lovington. He was married to Darla O'Neal Marshall on February 18, 2006, in Lovington. Survivors include his wife of the home; five sons, Damien Brewer and his wife LaShondra, of Odessa, TX, Willie Bates and his wife Lalah of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Fabian Marshall, Byron Marshall and Waylon Marshall of Hobbs; three daughters, Zenobie Marshall of Azusa, California, LaToya Griffin and her husband Chris of Hobbs, and Gwendolyn Marshall of Hobbs; three brothers, Eddie Marshall of Houston, TX, Leonard Marshall of Bryan, TX, and Bennie Cox and his wife Heriseon of Hobbs; three sisters, Barbara Ann Mitchell of Hobbs, Leno Pearl Hawthorne of Dallas, TX, and Ruthie Lee Hardy; and 13 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Mary Lee Marshall; a brother, Isaiah Austin Jr.; and two sisters, Doris Marshall and Ore Lee Marshall
