Jesus Gonzalez Carranza December 02, 1942 - April 26, 2010 Funeral mass for Jesus Gonzalez Carranza, 67, will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at St. Thomas Catholic Church at 2:00 pm with Father Manuel Ibarra officiating. Rosary will be Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at 7:00 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Gonzalez was born on December 2, 1942 in San Francisco Del Oro, Chihuahua, Mexico to Pedro and Lazara Carranza Gonzalez and passed away in Lovington, NM at Nor-Lea Hospital on April 26, 2010. He married Cruz Hernandez on May 2, 1970 in San Francisco Del Oro, Chihuahua, Mexico. He was employed by prison security in Mexico. He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, Jorge Gonzalez and one sister, Anita Gonzalez. He is survived by his wife Cruz, two sons; Polo and wife Perla Gonzalez of Lovington and Jesus Manuel Gonzalez of Juarez, Mexico; two daughters; Paula and Yolanda Gonzalez of Juarez, Mexico; his mother: Lazara Gonzalez; five brothers; Lupe, and wife Magdalena; Daniel and wife Dolores; Jose and wife Guadalupe; Armando and wife Lourdes; Juan Francisco and wife Guadalupe; three sisters: Blanca and husband Roberto; Hermela and husband Ramon; and Sofia; and four grandchildren.
