Obituary of Felipe Alamillo Moreno

Felipe Alamillo Moreno May 25, 1935 - March 21, 2015 Memorial services for Felipe Alamillo Moreno, 79, of Lovington, NM will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Redentor Molina officiating. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Rosary will be on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 7:00 pm at St. Thomas Catholic Church. Mr. Moreno was born on May 25, 1935 in Zacatecas, Mexico to Jose Trinidad Moreno and Maria Alamillo and passed away in Hobbs, NM on March 21, 2015. Mr. Moreno enjoyed fishing and playing the lottery. He was also an avid San Diego Chargers fan and liked boxing and training. Mr. Moreno was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: Jose Manuel Moreno and Jose Moreno; and two sisters: Maria Luisa Martinez and Maria Celia Torres. He is survived by his wife, Adelida Moreno of Midland, TX; four sons: Ignacio Moreno and Antonio Moreno of California, Job (Ivana) Gutierrez of Lovington, NM, and Joe Armandairez of Midland, TX; five daughters: Elena Moreno, Ester Moreno, and Lucia Moreno of California, Rosa Landeros of Kansas, and Sabrina Moreno of Lubbock, TX; one brother: Raymond Moreno of Lovington, NM; four sisters: Rafaela Quintana, Lupe Corral, Trinidad Moreno and Dolores Pando all of Lovington, NM. Also numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
