Obituary of Marylee Pearson

Marylee Pearson April 04, 1936 - March 16, 2014 Memorial services for Marylee Pearson, 77, of Lovington, NM will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 10:00 am at Living Waters Church with pastors, Danny and Shirley Wright officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. Marylee was born on April 4, 1936 in Carlsbad, NM to Jack and Hazel (Tompson) Trimble and passed away on March 16, 2014 in Lovington. She was raised in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico and came to Lovington in 1972. She raised her children mostly in Clovis and attended the Methodist Church when they were small and in the last several years has attended Living Waters Church. She was an accomplished pianist and loved serving the Lord with her music and praise. She was a realtor for many years having been employed by Earlene Roberts, Eddie Robinson and Idell Savisky and retired from the real estate business due to her health. Marylee was a people person, she loved everyone and they loved her. She enjoyed being with her family very much and she will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Larry Neil Pruit. Surviving her is her son, Doug Pruit of Lovington and one brother, Frank McRae, five grandchildren and a host of friends.
