Obituary of Pablo Hector Pena

Pablo Hector Pena, Jr. July 14, 1951 - January 12, 2015 Graveside services for Pablo H. Pena Jr, 63, of Hobbs, NM will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 10:00 am at Lovington Cemetery with Jacob Lujan officiating. Mr. Pena was born in Loving, NM to Pablo Sr. and Agustina (Rodriguez) Pena on July 14, 1951 and passed away in Hobbs, NM on January 12, 2015. Pablo was raised just outside of Tatum and graduated from Tatum High School in 1970. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and working. He had worked for Reaco Well Service. He was an avid Cowboy and Texas Rangers fan. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister: Aurora Pena. He is survived by one son: Steven and wife Wyndi of Tatum, NM; four brothers: Tony and wife Debbie Pena of Pojoaque, NM, Oscar and wife Irene Pena of Denver City, TX; Xavier Pena of Hobbs and Henry and wife Gilda Pena of Hobbs, NM and one sister: Gracie Sosa of Hobbs; two grandchildren: Stephanie and Jake Pena of Tatum and numerous nieces and nephews, including Buster and wife Lisa Brown of Gruver, TX and Royce and wife Gail Brown of Lovington, NM.
