Alejandro Garcia Perez April 25, 2014 - February 03, 2014 Funeral service for Alejandro Garcia Perez, 28, of Lovington, New Mexico will be held on Friday, February 7, 2014 at 9:00 am at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Deacon Pablo officiating. Arrangements are under the directions of Kirby-Smith-Rogers Funeral Home. Alejandro was born on April 25, 1985 in Santa Clara, Durango, Mexico to Valentin Garcia Vela and Maria Elena Perez. He passed away on February 3, 2014 in Artesia, New Mexico. Alejandro enjoyed going to church and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. His son was his life. Alejandro enjoyed playing soccer and dancing and his favorite was dancing to Los Chico del Bario. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by one son: Cristian Avalos of Dallas Texas; One brother: Valentin Garcia Perez of Mexico. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 07, 2014 from 10:00 am until rosary time.
