Refugio O. Porras July 04, 1967 - July 13, 2017 Funeral services for Refugio “Cuco” Porras, 50, of Lovington, NM will be held on July 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Cristo Viene Church, 502 W. Ave J. Cuco was born on July 4, 1967 in Seven Rivers, NM to Jesus and Eduarda (Olivas) Porras and passed away on July 13, 2017 in Lubbock, TX. Mr. Porras married Rosario Munoz in Plains, TX on July 17, 1987. He was an oilfield supervisor. He was preceded in death by his father. Surviving him is his wife, Rosario, of the home; three sons: Edwardo, Erasmo and Abelardo Porras ,all of Lovington, NM; one daughter: Elizabeth Porras of Lovington; four brothers: Israel Porras and wife Elena of Andrews, TX; Rodrigo Porras of Ojinaga, Mexico; Sammy and wife Lupe Porras of Odessa, TX and Aldo and wife Maria Porras of Lovington; three sisters: Marisela Porras of Lovington, Ollie Corrales and husband Ceasar of Ojinaga, Mexico and Cynthia and husband David Rico of Lubbock, TX; also two grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Cristo Viene Church on Monday, July 17, 2017 from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm and on Tuesday, July 18 from 8:00 am until service time.
