Ruth Louise Potts January 29, 1925 - June 23, 2007 Graveside services for Ruth L. Potts, 82, are 10:00 am Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at Lovington Cemetery. James Kirby will officiate. Interment will be at Lovington Cemetery. Born January 29, 1925, at Muskogee, Oklahoma, she passed away June 23, 2007, at Hobbs, New Mexico. She was a member of the Eastern Star, she loved to crochet, she made ceramics at the Senior Citizens Center. She loved to travel, but most of all she loved her family. Survivors include two sons; Lee Potts of Lovington, NM, and Ricky Potts and wife Sally of Queen City, TX, one daughter; Tina Gray and husband Mike of Lovington, NM, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Gaylon Olen Potts, her parents; James Shirley and Rosa Shirley, and one sister; Ernestine Fisher.
