Obituary of Mary Marie Pruett

Mary Marie Pruett May 06, 1924 - October 06, 2011 Funeral services for Mary Marie Pruett, 87, will be on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 2:00 pm at The First Baptist Church in Lovington, NM. Burial will follow at Lovington Cemetery. Mary was born in Lovington, NM on May 6, 1924 to Mack and Carrie (Musick) Morris. She passed away on October 6, 2011 in Moriarty, NM. Mary was a devoted wife and a kind-hearted woman. She was always singing and cheerful. She spent some of her best years working at Anderson ranch and she enjoyed feeding the cowboys that worked there. People were always drawn to her because of her warm heartedness and she was never reluctant on helping others. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands; Lavern Wilburne and Otis Pruett, one sister; Anabel Roberts, and one brother; Mack Morris Jr. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
