Loretta "Anne" Rusk April 09, 1938 - March 10, 2008 A memorial service for Loretta "Anne" Rusk, 69, of Lovington, NM will be 10:00 am, Friday, March 14, 2008 at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Chapel with James Kirby officiating. Mrs. Rusk was born on April 9, 1938 in Spokane, Washington. She passed away on March 10, 2008 in Lubbock, Texas. She worked at the Lea County Detention Center as a Corrections Officer. She loved to travel, she enjoyed cooking and was an avid reader. She is survived by three sons, Joseph Lavandier, Peter Alexander and Nicolas Emory; one daughter, Loretta JoAnn Smith; two sisters, Jesse Patricia Larsen and Karen Sue Greenup; and her friends, Steve and Stefania Ackerman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Wilbur and Hazel Loretta Tinsley.
