Virginia Hinojos Saenz July 23, 1970 - March 20, 2016 Memorial services for Virginia Hinojos Saenz, 45, of Lovington, NM will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. Thomas Catholic Church with Father Redentor Molina officiating. Mrs. Saenz was born in Pecos, Texas on July 23, 1970 to Pedro and Cruz (Valdez) Hinojos and passed away in Lubbock, Texas on March 20, 2016. She grew up in Lovington and attended school here. She married Manuel Saenz in Lovington in 1986 and they had two children. She and Manuel shared thirty years of marriage. Virginia was a great cook, especially her tamales and she also liked to bake. She loved music, singing, Karaoke, dancing and spoiling her grandchildren. Virginia had a good sense of humor and was very friendly. She would talk to every body. She would go to the store and would visit with everyone she met and would get to talking to them and would stay at the store for a long time visiting. She was always helping people. She was preceded in death by her father Pedro Hinojos. She is survived by her husband Manuel Saenz of Lovington, NM; mother Cruz Hinojos of Lovington, NM; one son: Manuel Saenz Jr. of Lovington, NM; one daughter: Brenda and husband Saul Hernandez of Lovington, NM; four sisters: , Maria and husband Albert Robles of Lovington, NM, Olga and husband Francisco Garcia of Lovington, NM, Viola and husband Refugio Holguin of Lovington, NM and Amy and husband Eloy Marquez of Lovington, NM; two grandchildren: Sydney Hernandez and Cannon Hernandez. Rosary will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 at 6:00 pm at St. Thomas Catholic Church.
