Obituary of Carrie Schneider

Carrie Schneider August 29, 1960 - July 01, 2017 Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Kirby-Smith-Rogers Chapel in Lovington, NM for Carrie Lee Schneider, 60, of Lovington, NM. She was born on August 29, 1960 in Simi Valley, California to Robert Edwin and Caroline Stella (Lindsay) Hoovan and passed away on July 1, 2017 in Lubbock, TX surrounded by her family. She was a beautiful daughter, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. We had joy and we had fun and we had our seasons in the sun, but Carrie’s earthly journey is done. We find comfort in knowing her new journey has begun but we will miss her dearly. Carrie was preceded in death by her mother. She is survived by her father: Robert Hoovan of Parowan, Utah; two sons: James Donald and wife Annette Hoovan of Artesia and Brian “Keith” and wife Ashley Schneider of Hobbs; one daughter: Alia Cope of Lovington, NM; two brothers: Robert Carl and wife Terri Hoovan of Port Townsend, Washington and Eddie Lee and wife Jamie Hoovan of Cedar City, Utah; three sisters: Jacqie and husband Wayne Cromwell of Lovington, NM; Marilyn Ann and husband Michael Janousek of Hobbs, NM and Carolyn Ann and husband Douglas Taylor of Kanab, Utah; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
